In my early twenties, I made a life-altering move across the ocean to the United States, setting the stage for a diverse and impactful life. Transitioning to the bustling world of business, I took on the roles of Investor and Manager at Wasabi Sushi Bar in downtown St. Louis from 2003 to 2007. This period marked a pivotal venture into the dynamic realm of restaurant management and investment. Undeterred by challenges, I undertook a new venture in 2007, opening the BBC Asian Café and Bar in the heart of St. Louis's Central West End. This establishment quickly became popular with a diverse crowd of young professionals. In 2017, I ventured into ownership and culinary craftsmanship with the establishment of Fleur-de-Lilies, a restaurant celebrated for its distinctive culinary offerings. Beyond the confines of a traditional restaurant, my latest venture extended culinary creativity to the community through "Las Vegan," participating in pop-ups and festivals like Japanese garden events, anime conventions, vegan markets, and more. Eager for new horizons, I'm currently exploring the realm of real estate, adding yet another dimension to a life defined by a relentless pursuit of passion and growth. Beyond the culinary realm, I am a certified yoga teacher, embodying a commitment to holistic well-being and balance. Fluent in Russian and with a proficiency in Korean, I continue to embrace diversity and new challenges, shaping a biography marked by a profound love for food, culture, and entrepreneurial spirit.
